Purposes and legal basis
Data submitted through the website forms (submissions and contact) are processed to handle the request and any subsequent discussions. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject’s request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Retention
Unsuccessful submissions are retained for 24 months from receipt, then deleted. Data relating to ongoing discussions are retained for the duration of the relationship and as required by law.
Recipients
Data are neither disseminated nor shared with third parties, except for the technical providers of hosting and email services, appointed as data processors where required.
Data subject rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Arts. 15–22 GDPR), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
