Operating partnerships & joint ventures
Capital, technical organisation and expertise within the same transaction.
Some transactions require more than financial resources alone: a technical organisation, qualified references, contract-management capabilities and established relationships with suppliers and lenders. In such cases Da.Co. Capital Invest does not act solely as an investor: it establishes a joint venture and takes a direct part in the transaction, contributing people and expertise alongside capital. It is the format we adopt most frequently where the risk lies in execution rather than the market.
